CAUSA Association · Teach with CAUSA

Teach Spanish.

Bridge two

communities.

You already carry something no course can teach: Spanish as your mother tongue, and a culture that shaped you. When you teach Spanish with CAUSA, you become more than a teacher — you become a point of connection between Melbourne's communities.

This is for you

if you're Latino in Melbourne.

You don’t need to be a qualified teacher. You need to have lived the language and the culture — and want to create space for others to connect with it.

When you teach Spanish with CAUSA, you’re doing more than running a class. You’re creating a space where people from Australia connect — really connect — with Latin American culture, language, and community. CAUSA gives you the tools, the methodology, and the network to do that well.

Spanish is your mother tongue

You grew up with it, you feel it, you lived it. That lived knowledge is your biggest asset as a cultural facilitator.

You're based in Melbourne

CAUSA connects you with local students in your area.

You want meaningful work that's yours

Flexible, community-rooted work — facilitating something you know from the inside, and building your own income doing it.

You want to be a bridge between cultures

You'll be part of a network of CAUSA facilitators — Latinos in Melbourne creating real connection between communities.

Everything you need to teach Spanish — and build bridges.
